Back in 1956 a little corner cafe was converted into one of Provo's
first pizza parlors. A local contest determined the name to be "Heaps
of Pizza". They were a hit with both Utah County locals and
BYU students. Over time they changed our name to Brick Oven Restaurant.

genius behind the Gandolfo’s Deli restaurant system. Craig
grew up on Long Island, New York, worked in several local delicatessens,
and learned the secrets to creating great sandwiches.
5 Buck Pizza
Originally started by two BYU college students
on a dare from their professor that a new pizza store could not
compete with the "Big Guys" in Provo, Utah.
